SUB-AGENT:

Q: What qualifications do I need to be appointed as a sub-agent to you?

A: No criminal background, good communication skills, basic computer skills (internet/e-mail), compassion and a desire to help others, maturity, dedication, follow-through, and be a self-starter. You must also complete training with us.

Q: Can I start part-time and build up to full-time?
A: Yes. You can start either part-time or full-time.

Q: Will I be working in my own area?
A: We can assure that you have more than enough beneficiaries in your state to keep you busy. We have millions of names of beneficiaries who are eligible for this program. With the way our system is set up, you do not need to work in your home state – you can work in any state you choose. You can also take this business with you, should you relocate!

Q: What types of jobs will I be looking for?
A: Mostly entry level, blue collar  jobs such as cashier, hostess, clerical/receptionist, labor, security guard, cook, etc. These jobs are much easier to fill than corporate positions.

Q: Why am I being charged $2,000?
A: You will be using our company’s name and personal identification on all documentation for this program. The fee is also for training and supervising throughout your tenure. To cover the $2,000.00 fee, you only need to place 3 beneficiaries! This is a VERY inexpensive cost to join our team.

Q: How is my training and association fee paid?
A: $1,000 is due at the time you complete your contract and training agreement with us. The remaining $1,000 is due at the end of your training.

Q: How is training completed?
A: We train by long-distance education. Training subjects will include interaction with beneficiaries, completing required government forms, marketing to potential employers, completing job applications on-line for beneficiaries, forming effective relationships  with staffing agencies, as well as learning how to advocate on behalf of beneficiaries.

Q: How long does it take to be trained?
A: You need to put in anywhere from l0 to l5 hours a week for about two weeks, but you can work at your own pace. As you complete assignments successfully, we will give you others including live cases to work on. We will not let you complete your training until we are satisfied that you are ready. Our name and reputation is at risk with each Sub-Agent we bring on, so we need to be sure you are ready to begin.

Q: Can I speak to other sub-agents?
A: No, we do not use our associates as sales agents for us—we do not need to.

Q: What equipment do I need?
A: You will need a toll-free phone number so beneficiaries can call you. Also, a computer, internet connection, fax and email, business cards and letterhead.

Q: How much money can I make?
A: A significant income can be made. Please visit our Ticket To Work page for payment breakdown.

Q: Do I get paid immediately after my beneficiary is hired?
A: A beneficiary that you place in a job needs to stay on the job for 30 days (see Phase 1 on our Ticket To Work page) before we are paid by Social Security.

Q: How soon before I get paid for my work?
A: You need to be able to carry yourself for approx 90 days as we cannot invoice Social Security until your beneficiary has been on the job for 30 days. It takes the government approximately 30 days to pay us, then we pay you that pay period.

Q: Am I limited to how many beneficiaries I can be working with?
A: No. You can work with as many beneficiaries that you like.

Q: How do I get appointed to be a sub-agent for you?
A: Visit the Contact Us page and complete the questionnaire. You may e-mail us as well and we will return your inquiry within 24 hours.
