Ticket To Work is a program developed by Social Security to give disabled individuals access to a variety of assistance, including job placement, school planning, training, and education through the use of government-approved Employment Networks.
The ultimate goal of the program is to have individuals who are receiving monetary benefits from Social Security locate successful employment and become financially independent from the government. To make this happen, the government approves companies known as Employment Networks, such as Career Placement Services LLC, that are qualified to assist disabled individuals in locating employment. Types of employment we place individuals in vary from home based jobs to clerical, receptionist, cashier, stocker, CNA, housekeeping, hotel front desk, and so on. These are mostly entry level, blue collar jobs.
How it Works
- A beneficiary may request a “Ticket” from a third governing party called Maximus.
- Maximus mails an informative packet to the beneficiary, explaining the program and the various options that are
available. Within the packet is an actual “Ticket” as well as a list that contains Employment Networks
within the beneficiary’s local area.
Career Placement Services LLC is approved to be a National Vendor, which means our company is on
every Employment Network list that is mailed to beneficiaries!
- Beneficiaries call us directly to inquire about our services. If they are seeking job placement services, we
inform the beneficiary about our company and how we can assist him/her back to work.
- If we agree to work with each other, we sign on the beneficiary and forward this live case to a sub-
agent. We receive approximately 5-6 calls per day from potential beneficiaries seeking services. All live
cases will be forwarded to sub-agents.- In addition to the calls we receive from beneficiaries wanting to sign up with us, all sub-agents will
receive on-going contact lists (see below – Numbers) of beneficiaries who are eligible for the
program. Sub-agents are encouraged to make contact with these beneficiaries and sign them up
under Career Placement Services LLC. Once you complete your list, another list will be e-mailed to
you immediately. This is the fastest way to build your caseload.
Numbers
To succeed in any business, you need volume. We have access to approximately 12 million beneficiaries that are eligible for the Ticket to Work program. You tell us what city you’d like to market employers in and we will send you local beneficiary contacts. With this program, the volume is there! In addition to the 12 million already eligible (which we have access to and will share with you on a constant basis), it is estimated by Maximus that they receive 17,000 phone calls every month from new beneficiaries requesting Employment Network information.
Again – Career Placement Services LLC is on every Employment Network list that is mailed to beneficiaries!
Payment
The payment structure is two “Phases”. Phase 1 is broken down into four “Milestones”. These Milestones are reached when your beneficiaries have worked for one, three, six, and nine months. Please see the payment structure below.
- In addition to the calls we receive from beneficiaries wanting to sign up with us, all sub-agents will
| Payment Type | Beneficiary Earnings Required (gross) | Sub-Agent Earnings |
| Milestone 1 | $350 at 1 month | $808.00 |
| Milestone 2 | $700 at 3 months | $808.00 |
| Milestone 3 | $700 at 6 months | $808.00 |
| Milestone 4 | $700 at 9 months | $808.00 |
Phase 1 total per beneficiary $3,232.00
Your beneficiary needs to be employed for one month and earn more than $350.00 during that first month before you are paid. Payment after one month of successful employment to sub-agent equals $808.00 per beneficiary.
Sub-agent is also eligible for three additional payments of $808.00 per beneficiary as long as the beneficiary works for three, six, and nine months and earns more than $700.00 (slightly above minimum wage, 25 hours/week) per month. Essentially you earn 3 additional payments per beneficiary – all you need to do is keep monthly communication between you and the beneficiary to ensure his/her satisfaction with the position.
PHASE 2
| Payment Type | Beneficiary Earnings Required (gross) | Sub-Agent Earnings |
| Monthly | Gross earnings over $980/month | 18 payments of $138 (SSI) OR 11 payments of $242 (SSDI) |
Phase 2 total per beneficiary $2,484/$2,662
After your beneficiary has worked nine months, you are eligible for additional monies which are paid monthly. The beneficiary needs to earn more than $980/month gross to receive these additional monthly payments. The amount paid and length of payment depends on whether the beneficiary is collecting SSI (Supplemental Security Income) or SSDI (Social Security Disability Insurance).
With this payment structure, you can earn up to $5,894 per placement! Your monthly earnings will double, triple, even quadruple given this fantastic system. You can’t find these numbers from any other self-starting program, and these figures are guaranteed. And best of all, there will always be a need for what we do!
